Anyone try Paul Carter's Primer 4 workout?

I was reading through some of Paul Carter’s older stuff and came across this.

Anyone try it? If so, what did you think? The volume seems low to me, but what do I know?

It seems fine, but I would really push myself on it if I were you. Make sure you really hammer those AMRAPS and go balls out those last two weeks. It looks solid and basic thiugh

Pretty much anything Paul Carter puts out is good.
