Anyone Try Hybrid Hypertrophy?

Who here has done the Hybrid Hypertrophy program? I am considering doing it in the near future and am just curious as to everyone’s results with it in terms of strength and hypertrophy increases…

I enjoyed it and saw increases in my strength and mass. I’d have to dig out my notebook to give exact numbers (and I don’t feel like it) but just go ahead and do it for 4-6 weeks, it’s a nice change of pace to work in different rep zones.
