Anyone tried this stuff? Does it really have a noticeable “calming” effect?
l-Theanine is prevalent in kombucha (fermented tea). Drinking kombucha actually makes me more alert without the buzz and capable of getting by with less sleep with no adverse effects. Almost as if it makes my brain more efficient. It doesn’t particularly calm me, but kombucha has a lot of other stuff in it too.
Just curious, but how is it useful for bodybuiding?
It’s typically used as a sleep aid. It is in the new Z-12 by Biotest. As far as how it’s useful for bodybuilding…increasing recovery with better sleep. Hilarious little video btw digity
