Has anyone tried the Russwole program by Russ Orhii? It’s designed for strength and hypertrophy which is what I’m looking for. I’ve done Jim Wendler 5/3/1 for over a year and got great results but seemed to cap out. I reset and still doesn’t seem to be cutting it and I want some more hypertrophy stuff. I’ve always been a fan of Russ and the Alphalete gang.
Have people seen good results on this, and how much time do I need to figure on for each workout?
