Has anyone ever heard of or used Stemulite? It’s supposed to be some kind of “wonder supplement” but I’m very skeptical. My friend used it a year ago and reported the best sleep of his life night after night, and his bench shot up 40 pounds! He apparently thinks the bench gains were a coincidence given his training, but I would like to learn more!
