Anyone Tried ON 2:1:1 Recovery?

And what is your opinion on it? Is it similar to Surge?

I was thinking about it a bit as well but I don’t like the fact that it has fructose in it as a carb source. I think Surge is better with the straight malto/dex. Not saying fructose needs to be avoided at all costs post workout, but there are better options like Surge or straight waxy maize for replenishing muscle glycogen after lifting.

Vanilla and Root Beer flavored Surge (the two most recent flavors) have fructose also, just thought you’d like to know.
