Has anyone tried Charles Poliquin’s training with maximal weights program? (T-Mag Issue #1) If so, what kind of results have you been getting? What kind of training split would you recommend using with this program? I want to increase my strength levels and wouldn’t mind getting a little bigger at the same time. I’ve tried Westside’s Powerlifting methods and find they work very well, but I’d like to switch up my program a bit. Any ideas of programs out there to get stronger and bigger?
