Anyone else suffer just a tear of the shoulder labrum with no rotator cuff issues? I got a circumferential (all the way around) tear from deadlifting. It looks like I had a small one from playing football that I never took care of and the thing just exploded finally. If anyone else has had this, did you get anchors put in? Hoe long was the recovery after surgery?
Everything I have read so far suggests immobilization anywhere from 3-8 weeks and a 6 month recovery time. Shit sucks.
