Anyone Recognize this Routine?

When I was in high school, I played football. Students that played football took weightlifting as their P.E. class. While in weightlifting, I remember we used these printouts that were based on your 1 rep max. You did 1 set each of 10,8,6,4,2.

I remember that I was able to achieve very good results using this system, and would like to try it again. But I'm not sure what the ratio's were.

Does this sound familiar to anyone, and does anyone know where I can find the information for this workout?

I remember this program as well. Did you vary rep ranges each week?

I don’t think so. It’s been about 15 years, I don’t remember the specifics. The only time I remember changing is when the last 2 were easy. Then the next time you’d increase the weight a little bit.

10X50% 8x60% 6X75% 4x85% 2x90% is what I have posted in the highschool I use to go to. I use to do this workout as well for the major lifts every workout ( bench squat deadlift) I made good gains with it as well.
