When I was in high school, I played football. Students that played football took weightlifting as their P.E. class. While in weightlifting, I remember we used these printouts that were based on your 1 rep max. You did 1 set each of 10,8,6,4,2.
I remember that I was able to achieve very good results using this system, and would like to try it again. But I'm not sure what the ratio's were.
Does this sound familiar to anyone, and does anyone know where I can find the information for this workout?
