I’m about to turn 53, and the the things I’ve done for the past 30 years don’t seem to be working anymore. I was looking for a book to read and this one was recommended by several people. I was going to buy it on my Nook, but it is about twice the price of most fitness books. Does anyone have an opinion on this book and/or similar books?
