I was hoping any of you T-men out there would know Ian’s training recommendations–weights or cardio–when on a cutting phase.
Maybe you guys know the answer from any of Ian’s literature or a seminar.
Particularly, how should these change when we’re hoping to maintain muscle during a calorie deficit:
workout frequency (4-day split still, 3 days,
exercises to use/stay away from
frequency of exercise change
But I’m interested in any important changes he prescribes.
