Does anyone know anything about dinosaur training… From what I have found out its basically 20 rep squat and milk program with some sleds, bear hug walks and odd object lifting on the week ends… Any other insight would much appreciated…
Short tough training routines. More about heavy singles than 20 rep squats. Lots of stories about old time strongmen strength.
maybe, the most fun book I have read. If that makes any sense. You might not learn too much from the book but its worth reading.

its worth every dollar… awesome book.
alot about lockouts/singles/grip/heavy lifting/awkward implements etc… just kinda hardcore.
