Anyone Have a Power Pushup?

I was looking around on elitefts and saw the Power Pushup system as a best seller. Does anyone here have one?

Love it!! During my seperation preceeding my divorce, I was stuck in an apartment and no money for gym membership, and no access to my own weight room in my basement. All I had to workout with was the Power Push Up, and the Chest Expander from Lifeline USA, and a pullup, dip, leglift rack. Had neutral grip pushup stand on the base. With only that equipment I made good gains and stayed in excellent shape. I liked the equipment a lot and it is compact and easy to travel with as well. I used it over the holidays while out of town to keep up with my workouts, this past x-mas.

The only downside is that the bands tend to break a lot, and need replaced quite frequently with daily use. But they are inexpensive so buy extras to have on hand when they break.

On this website I read an article where a trainer said they were not good for strength gains and bulking, only rehab…what? I used them for bulking and strength and made good gains. You can load the shit out of them with the extra bands to where you can only get 1 to 2 reps. Plus they work wonders for shoulder rehab!!

Hope this helps!!

Nice man. Glad to hear you got over your rough times and keep lifting. Im going to put my order in for one. It looks intense 200 plus pounds of resistance cant wait.

Cool, actually you can get the heavier bands and get much more than 200lbs. if you want to.

Enjoy it, I know I do!!

Good bit of kit, looks likea good idea, have you tried them doing shoulder handstands with it ? looks like u could use it for them as well.

Why not just wrap the band around your back?
