I accidentally the whole thing.
I rub it on my lover…
And use it for any asian stir fry

It’s the only oil I use.
I love mixing coconut milk with shakes, it’s a lot better tasting then olive oil and it’s pretty cheap to boot. It’s definitely a great way to make a protein shake more calorie-dense.
It’s GREAT for cooking meat and veggies in the pan. Very high burning point.

Im with west coast, only oil I use.
I use it if its something Im going to eat right away such as eggs. If not then I use OO for the simple reason that the coconut oil cakes on there, and I usually dont reheat my food. Coconut oil is good stuff though. I keep it in constant supply right next to my peanut butter. Mmm…

I use it for eggs to, especially when I am making an omlete. I love the way some onions and mushrooms taste after cooking in it. I use it whenever I saute just about anything. Good stuff!

you’ve got to try macadamia nut oil on your salads or soaked across your salmon. it totally rocks
I’ll admit that I looked it up on a few of the sites I’ve ordered ‘odd’ things from (ie. Vegetable glycerol), and it’s pretty inexpensive. Makes me curious about throwing a spoonful on Metabolic Drive shakes on lower carb days, or even seeing if I can put some in a salad dressing pump to use when cooking (or even straight on veggies).

I actually use it @ -60 WO for energy especially if I’m on a lower carb day (< 100 grams). 1 Tbsp or even 2 for some extra energy from the MCT’s. Easy to digest too.
I cook with it often.
I’ve thrown some into shakes before as well.
This one time, I got a big gopp of it on a big ass tablespoon, and sprinkled some splenda on it. Dee-lish.
Oh, and one time, I accidentally the whole thing.
