I believe it man, it jacked my brain chemistry up too. I only took it for about three weeks though, because on the second week I started to notice a very stark change in myself along with the suicidal thoughts and insane nightmares. The last night I used it I woke up from an incredibly realistic nightmare where this fat dude was butchering my girlfriend and I was there watching it. I woke up from it smoked two cigarettes in a row and threw the Chantix in the trash.
Good on your wife recognizing what was going on with you, before it got further out of hand. Things like that can creep into your life without you realizing it, and sometimes being too late.
