I was wondering if anybody has modified the simplest strength template all into 3 days?
I am using the beginners template on BLACK IRON BEAST calculator as the basic 531 3 day set up.
It basically has me doing the following;
MON
SQUAT 531
Bench Press 3 x 5 @ 55/65/75
Assistance
WED
DEADLIFT 531
PRESS 531
Assistance
FRI
BENCH 531
Squat 3 x 5 @55/65/75
Assistance
So here is what I added in to make it 3 days.
MON
SQUAT 531
Bench Press 3 x 5 @ 55/65/75
Assistance
Lats 3 x 10
Triceps 3 x 10
Biceps 3 x 10
Hamstrings 3 x 10
WED
DEADLIFT 531
PRESS 531
Assistance
Lats 3 x 10
Upper Back 3 x 10
Hamstrings 3 x 10
Lower Back 3 x 10
FRI
BENCH 531
Squat 3 x 5 @55/65/75
Assistance
Upper Back 3 x 10
Triceps 3 x 10
Biceps 3 x 10
Lower Back 3 x 10
I did not include abs because I can do that on off days.
Any advice?
