1 c calorie countdown chocolate milk
1/2 c plain yogurt
2 TBSP Natural PB
1/3 c Pecans
1 scoop Metabolic Drive
5 ice cubes
650 calories IIRC
oh wait, according to some, it’s ok to shovel shit down your throat to meet caloric requirements, don’t do the above
Fill a blender, yes fill, with whole milk, peanut butter, protein powder. Enjoy.
Where do you guys get Calorie Countdown milk? I can’t find it anywhere - Safeway, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods…
i get it at giant.
go to the service desk at safeway and request it
I like adding oats and whey until I get to the calorie/macro level I’m looking for. Multiple cups of oats mixed with Grow! Whey and cinnamon is pretty darn satisfying.
Adding more PB is also an easy/tasty/satisfying way to add up calories in any given meal.
Or just simply add more meals throughout the day and make the portion sizes for each one larger than normal.
2 cups whole milk
2-3 scoops protein of your choice
4 ounces whipping cream
1 1/2 tbs of olive oil
1.5 cups of milk
1 cup of oatmeal
1 banana
2 tbsp of honey
2 tbsp peanut butter
4 tbsp olive oil
2 scoops of whey
My fave right there

Damn, thats about a 1450 calorie shake…nice.
I got a lot of body to fill out, I need that
I think it’s closer to 1000 though. I usually don’t use the honey, and only do 2 tbsp of olive oil.

what’s the olive oil for?
i have about 5lbs left of pro-complex gainer left over, so i’m going to use that up. i also usually add a couple tablespoons of smart balance peanut butter to the shake. i was wondering if anyone has a good weight gain meal plan that’s AS cheap as it gets…just something i can base my daily diet off of.
I notice most shakes revolve around 2 cups of milk and 2 scoops of protein powder.
I do 3 cups whole milk and 3 scoops of protein powder.
Expand your horizons.
Just get a few dozen cans of chili and chug it.

4 Ice cubes
Handfull of walnuts
2 tbspns Carlson’s fish oil
60 grams of protein
Fats-don’t know
Carbs-no clue
Tomato Sauce-a little too much

Just be make sure the chili wasn’t grown deep in the jungle primeval by the inmates of a Guatemalan insane asylum.
