Nice, for those of us that have to learn from books and video’s this is going to be a huge help. CT, would it be possible for you to mention or lightly go over some of the most common mistakes that newbs make when first learning Oly lifts?
I can’t wait to see something like this from a newbie perspective and have a step by step video/dvd that I can pause and slow mo through to learn these exercises properly.
