I’m moving to Broadview and Danforth area in TO soonish, and I’m looking for a good gym. Any suggestions? There’s a Frog’s gym nearby, I’m leaning towards that one.
I also work near King and Parliament, but I’d rather have the gym close to home.
Would appreciate any advice from people who actually know what they’re doing, which is why I’m here I tend to like doing a lot of compound exercises/powerlifting junk, so if it’s a place where the guy at the desk gets mad if he sees me doing a hang clean, well, I’m probably not going to like it there very much.
I don’t need to be dropping weights from overhead or anything, I’m quiet about it, but you know some gyms get pissy at people that decide to leave the Hammer strength area once in a while.
But I digress. Any advice (including other good places to ask this question) would be much appreciated!
