I can definitely tell when I don’t take it. I was taking 4 a day when I aggrivated my shoulder bench pressing. The next day the shoulder was a little sore but fine. Haven’t taken it in the past three days(just forgot) and my shoulder hurts like hell. It definitely helps

I purchase one bottle and consumed 3 caps 2 times per day. It works however I have no proof other than how I feel after taking and though out the day. I see less swelling and I feel less pain.
To put the above in context. I’m presently in Iraq as a member of a very special operations unit; which is very hard on my body.
Bottom line IT WORKS.
