Any Physical Therapists?

i’m considering studying PT in an american university. they don’t teach this subject in Ireland - they teach physiotherapy, which seems to be slightly different (ultrasound machines etc).
but it looks like a vey extetensive course, going by these posts. the average physio course here is 4-5 years.

The Irish version of the formal education is much better. I know/have worked with a couple of Irish PTs (came to America for various reasons), and they’re the best I know.

Of course, American PTs can be very good as well, but it’s not because of the ridiculous amount of money they have to give universities… I mean schooling they do.
