Anyone ever use one? I’m considering buying one but I don’t like wasting money.
They’re badass. Get a leather one though, the seams on the cloth ones tear pretty easy

Where can I get a leather one?
and also has your neck gotten much bigger from using one? i know just from gaining weight and deadlifting my neck has gained several inches so im not gonna buy a neck harness unless i get similar results. ive always thought bridging looks pretty stupid so never really messed around with those
I injured my neck and lower back over the summer, so I haven’t been using it as frequently. Prior to that, I had gotten it up to 17.5 inches at around 6’ 190 pounds. I just did the harness, neck curls with a plate on my forehead, and occasional bridging.
I wish I had bought one like this, instead of one of the little nylon harnesses.

I just bought that one a couple of weeks ago. It’s nice.
