COMPETITION EQUIPMENT CHECK LIST
- Gym bag
- Bp shirt(2), dl & squat suit or none if competing unequipped.
- wrist wraps
- Protein shake & variety of snacks
- Membership card
- Extra $$$$
- Extra clothes
- Rubbing ointment
- Vitamin H20
Make sure that your openers are a weight that you can do @ least 3 times. It's not how you start, but how you finish!! Also, take the week off before the meet because this will ensure that your body is full recuperated and ready for maximum effort on the platform.
