Any Good Vertical Jump Programs?

I really need to increase my vertical jump. Does anyone know of any good vertical jump programs I can use??

I do know of a book that I read by Kelly Baggett that was called Vertical Jump Development Bible. I think it sells for around 30 dollars or so, it was a good read and helped get some higher hops that I needed to play defender at the D1 level in college. I hope that helps buddy.

I agree. Get the VJB, explains things excellently for the beginner and provides progressions that will challenge advanced athletes as well. Excellent book.

It’s by CT. I used it to gain a few inches for playing rec volleyball.

CT’s program is really good, especially if you are lacking in the strength department. I believe I gained 3’’ with it. Kelly Baggetts VJB is a very good resource as well, but I prefer his No Bull Speed Manual. It has a lot of the information that’s in the VJB, as well as stuff about sprinting. You’ll learn a lot more about being an all around athlete rather then just jumping.
