hi just looking to see if there are any good programs for beginners or any good books out there new to this spent a lot of time practicing form on Cleans and Snatch and Power cleans and snatch now just need to add more structure to my workout. Been training for 2 years basically building strength now want to focus my training more. thanks.
What's your back squat and front squat max?
Back Squat - Last time i did it 120kg but havent worked up to a max for a while
Front - never worked up to a max will do in the next week do working sets with 65-70 kg so not too heavy
tested 1rm for front squat and got 100
