Any Good Hamstring Exercises?

I’ve been doing a westside type program and i’ve been stuck with just cable pulls and stiff-legged deads and i do good mornings for my deadlift on separate days to my squat day. so is there any more good exercises for the hamstrings for variety?

my gym doesn’t have a glute ham raise or a reverse hyper.

Does anyone think the natural glure-ham raise is any good? cos i know big Dave Tate doesn’t think so.


Single leg dead lift.

you might also want to try plate slides. its not as effective as other hamstring exercises, but if your limited to want you can do, you might as well give it a shot.
