What is a more productive setup, deadlift/bench , squat/ohp ---- Bench531ohp5sets10 (alternate following week) , Squat/deadlift5sets10 (alternate the following week)
Nothing is more productive - one is just different than the other. I got much stronger/bigger with second variation. You do 5x10 ss bar/sldl with 400/365 and you’ll probably put on some size too. Highly recommended.
