Any Drinks Besides Water?

the blood of the weak.

In my case the blood of Northumbrian priests

Diet coke before working out only if you are feeling tired … LOLZ

water
water + crystal light to kill sweet cravings
whole milk (organic/raw if you can afford it - good for bulking)
Spike
Coffee (black)
protein shakes (water or milk based depending on goals)

plenty of good things to drink.

Crystal Light makes it easy to drink gallons of water a day.

Sorry I anything with any form of artifical sweetener I WILL NOT consume. Aspartame is pretty much “devils brew” but its not like Splenda, Saccharin or any of the others are devoid of harm (at least if looking at a long term consumption perspective)[/quote]

Oh noes, you got 1 study to claim that aspartame is safe and family friendly for everyone’s consumption? Think again.

Even on the presumption that aspartame doesnt play a major role in cancer genesis (and thats a BIG maybe merely due to the fact the studies in question are only in short-term duration), it still doesnt bemoan the fact that aspartame is a neurotoxin and will still contribute heavily to a state of dimimished health over time. But then you keep believing in “industry-funded” studies and the tooth fairy while your at it and see where that takes ya

Ive said it once and I’ll say it again… Aspartame is bad bad news period.

If you really want the “proper education” on aspartame, google Dr. Russell Blaylock, the man Monsanto wish never existed

Propel fitness water is really good, it’s mostly water and barely has any sugar. Couple different flavors, but I like the pink kind I think it’s strawberry or something.

Safe is a relative term. I would place it around the same danger level as smoking once in a while. It increases the risk of certain things, but I think the danger is overblown.
