Any Cutting Program Recommendations?

Hello everyone,

In a few weeks, i’am going to start my cut, but i have no idea what program i should use. How effective is a split program for cutting? Already used a few times a ub/lb rountine.


Being in a cut requires being in a caloric deficit. You can cut with pretty much any program, but it’s not the best idea with a percentage-based strength progression program, so yes - an upper/lower split, a bro split, PPL, all fine. Just to clarify again, a cut is based off of your diet, not your workout program.
