Any advice on nutritional supplementation?

I have been doing a ton of research on the web concerning what to eat etc… while on the “gear”… Obviously the best choice is balanced meals with good fats and a sufficient intake of protein…But my question to all of you out there would be what kind of vitamin/mineral supplements would benefit someone taking juice?..Besides a multivit which i take everyday…waht would make this cycle that much more effective…
