Any Advice For Shin Splints?

I am not sure what others posted but when I am detrained and starting cardio again I use the bike, stepper, eliptical, whatever has no impact.
Yeah it’s gay, but it works.
Also, calesthenic circuits with jumping jacks, jump rope, mountain climbers and the like. Are good.

Once I get down to a good weight I begin running 1 time per week and build up.
