Just wondering if anyone else here takes an antioxidant before or after their workout. In an old T-Mag article about antioxidants, the author suggests using them before your workout. Poliquin suggests using them after your workout with your post-workout shake. Taking them beforehand seems to make more sense to me. Anyone have any opinions? Anyone have a particular brand they like? I’m using the Twinlabs brand at the moment.
I take them before and after workouts and in the morning and at night and at each meal. Primarily vitamin c. Also, e, beta-carotene, alpha lipoic.
