I hope Cy Wilson sees this post. He wrote about Ecdysterone in this article –
and said he thought most of the benefits of Ecdy actually came from their antioxidant properties.
I was wondering if taking antioxidants would produce any noticeable benefit. Would a food matrix product be the best kind of antioxidant? Should I try to find out ORAC ratings? Would water versus lipid solubility make any difference?
Any input appreciated…
