Antioxidants in Decaf Green Tea

Does decaf green tea have ruined antioxidents? I don’t like getting the caffiene from the regular…

No, but after the first infusion, all tea is decaf.

It is tough to ruin phytochemicals(aka antioxidants), they tend to be in just about everything of plant origin that isn’t highly processed as the extreme processing removes them along with other good things like fiber.

Check it, it does. Of course you have to drink a bit more than if you drank regular. I just fill a nalgene with 4 bags and some splenda and let it cool in the fridge, I drink about two of these a day.

Im freakin loaded with anti’s

Which are offset by the xenoestrogens released from letting hot tea cool in a plastic water bottle…

I stopped drinking water pretty much, too. Green tea mostly.
