Hey, I’ve heard some great things about cocoa such as how they contain more antioxidants than green tea but is this statement true? If it is would fry’s cocoa be a good source or do you need to get a more raw source?
I beleive thats true from what I’ve read. Check out “mountain man” on bbing.com he has a thred where he talks about the usefulness of cocoa in bodybuilding, it’s not just the antioxidents apparently
