Antibiotics and Training

Something I just recently realized, and I thought I’d share since it’s cold season. Recently had strep throat and was prescribed amoxicillin 500 (3x a day for 10 days), even when I no longer felt sick I felt weak in the gym (not getting weaker just not progressing) even on test/tren. Antibiotics kill good cut bacteria too, which is why it’s reported to make you feel weaker and lethargic. Just thought I’d give the heads up to anyone who didn’t know this.

I’d add do not ever train while taking ciproflaxicin, it can cause tendon rupture.
