Hey, i was wondering if using some AI or AE’s would be useful for athletes who need to make weight. for instance, using them to drop extra water for a few days rpior to weigh-in? or would the effect be negligable??
I would say yes, but I honestly couldn’t tell you how much of an effect it would have. But what I would think is that fine-tuning your carb, water, and sodium intake would likely have a far greater impact than AIs.
For some situations, loosing fat without an AI can be very difficult.

oh yeah, i definately agree. i was just thinking that it might make it a bit easier to drop a pound or two, but really don’t know how much weight loss one could expect…really more of an academic question for me.
