Anti-Bodybuilding Hypertrophy Question

Today (Tuesday) I will complete Day 7 of the Anti-Bodybuilding Hypertrophy workout. The first 3 workouts have been awesome and I can’t wait to get through the entire thing.

Due to some unavoidable/unforeseen circumstances, however, I will most likely not be able to get back in to the gym for several days. Day 9 will most likely not occur on Thursday and Day 11 will not occur on Saturday. Hopefully Day 9 will occur on Sunday or Monday.

What is the best course of action here? My gut feeling tells me to do some body weight pushups/squats and rope jumping during the few days of layoff and get back to the scheduled workouts ASAP, likely after 4-5 days off. Or, should I cycle back to Day 1 at the beginning of the week and start the routine over again since it is early on in the routine.

I’d cycle all the way back to the beginning. The program’s main points are frequency of training/rest and volume. Because of this I think it should be followed to a “T”-Nation T.
