Hey so i have anterior tilted hip, and i have decided to get rid of it.
I have searched the web and i came across this article
And it seems he knows his stuff so i have decided to try the stretches and exercises he recommended at the bottom, my questions is: will this make my training results worse? as i am going to do it everyday.
i just started doing 5/3/1 and have gotten great results, i don't want those to go to waste but i don't want anterior pelvic tilt either.
