Coach Thib: I have an anterior pelvic tilt that causes me great discomfort (erector spinae) when doing RDL’s and other posterior chain developments. Any flexion in the lower lumbar actually. Ive been trying to fix this for a year with stretching, mobility, massage,stomach vaccums, strengthening glutes and abs… Could you offer any advise??
I know it has something to do with weaker muscles somewhere in the glute max. As well as hamstrings. Strengthen the short range? Adductors maybe? I find i dont experience discomfort with a slightly extended lower back, almost rounded, massage or stretching doesnt help. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
