Antagonist Lift Before Main Lift?

Hi CT, just wanted to get your thoughts on doing an antagonist lift before the main heavy lift. I’ve been doing pulldowns before military press, bent over row before bench press and it has felt good. Do you think this is beneficial or will it affect my progression in the main lift eventually?

I havent done anything for deadlift or squat except for some glute activation because Im afraid it’ll affect my lifts on those. What is your opinion and should I do something before squats and dead?
