What are you training for, if you are a powerlifter, then maybe squatting and benching on the same day isn’t ideal.

I am powerlifter and thes my week:
mondey
squat
bench pres
squat

wednesday
squat on breast
deadlift
benchpres

friday
benchpres
squat light
benchpres

Do you lift like that all year round? You need more variety and you don’t need to do the big 3s all the time to improve in them.

Try rotate exercises every 2-3 weeks and add in supplemental and accessory work like tricep extension, Lat-pull down, Glute Ham raise, Good Mornings etc.
