I've heard that if you take creatine and then stop, later your muscles will "shrink." I know they don't actually get smaller, but since creatine puts water into your muscles, I was wondering if that was true... Please just give me and answer and maybe some back-up to that response, thanks.
They might shrink a little, but nothing too noticeable from my experience. It is not like your going to blow up in the first place by taking creatine. I have heard people say that they got huge on creatine, then came off and are now small....bullshit.
