But the other two choices are definately residual benefits.

I train to lose fat and build muscle, keeping an eye on improving my athletic performance, as well as being healthy. The main reason I train is because it feels good to do so.

At 49 years old, I’d have to say my primary motivation is to C) Live long and improve health, but all three options are important goals I strive for.
Thanks to Biotest/T-mag I continue moving in the right direction.

I’m a competitive jiu jitsu fighter - definitely to improve performance (although I find that my physique always improves as well).

A) Loose fat and gain muscle for sure.
