Alright before I get yelled at yes I have been reading threads like crazy and researching. I won’t ask about should I do this or that because I know the answers I will get. lol
So first I want to know everyones out look on this. I have used bodybuilding.com but no one seems to answer this directly. I lifted in high school for football, and I stopped once I got to college and started drinking beer. I am naturally big and at one point my senior year was 6’3 260 and strong but also had a bit of fat as you can imagine. Went on to college partied and stupid shit for like a year and stayed about that weight. Well about a little over a year ago I got into “bodybuilding” I use quotes cause I don’t compete so I don’t know that I exactly count as a bodybuilder.
Anyways I have been dieting pretty much the whole time and now im about 225 and have been stuck here for like 4 months. My question is one, should I continue to cut, at about 15-17% BF or bulk? Also just going to throw this in for anyone who wishes to address it.
Critique my first cycle…First cycle TEST-E 500 mg a week for 10 weeks, 2 weeks after last injection --> Day 1 Clomid 250mg + Nolvadex 60mg, following 10 days Clomid 100mg + Nolvadex 40mg, following 10 days Clomid 50mg + Nolvadex 20mg
Will probably wait to do first cycle for at least another year however.
