I was wondering what kind of stuff to mix with my Advanced Protein to get close to the same effect as Grow! would have. It says fruit and stuff, but what kinda fruit? Bananas? Oranges? Anything?
Fruit is fine but a little oatmeal would make it a more complete MRP if that’s what you’re looking for. Here’s what I do: Cook up old fashioned oatmeal in the microwave. Dump it in the blender with two scoops of AP and water. Add ice to cool it down (I like my shakes icy cold). Blend and drink.
For fruit, bananas and frozen strawberries are my favorite.
Apple sauce makes it goog too…
