I pulled my hamstring twice and even though I can weight train, my leg is very tight. Does anybody have any ideasas to how I can repair it? Or maybe could you share what worked for you?
Try foam rolling.
What are you doing that you jacked up your hamstring twice?
Been there done that. The best advice I can give you is to ice it relentlessly. four to six times per day about 20 minutes per session.
After several days try some massage.
