Can’t tell if it’s a joke but, this is a good point.
A crime that is even remotely sexual in nature, seems to be taken a lot less seriously when a man is the victim.

Professor X is 100% right. I heard about this from a female friend via text message. This is a loose recollection of what she said: “bahahahaha! Some woman cut off her husband’s penis and threw it down the garbage disposal lol! That’s so sick but it’s so funny lol”
Seriously. I saw them talking about it on TMZ too, and some chick on the show was cracking up about it. Later, when they talked about women as bitches, she got very defensive and said “that isn’t funny. it’s mean.” But a man getting his penis destroyed is funny.
I’m sure not all women feel this way, but plenty do. It doesn’t surprise me at all the women would applaud things like this. On a serious note, I’m a sado-masochist but I felt bad reading about this. The fact that she did it in such cowardly way really sickened me. Not funny at all. So yeah, I understand the guys sentiments about this.
