Hey, guys, there’s another new T-mag desktop available now. Bottom right. Cool. Some of these would make awesome T-shirts. Hey, isn’t there a way to make T-shirts out of computer images? You buy some sort of special “iron on” paper or something. Anyone know the details? I think I may try to put the T-vixen one on a white shirt. Oh yeah!
HEY PAUL, YES YOU CAN USE COMPUTER IMAGES TO MAKE T-SHIRTS. AND YES YOU CAN GET THE IRON ON PAPER FOR IT AT A STAPLES OR OFFICE MAX. HOWEVER IF YOU PULL THE IMAGE OFF THE INTERNET IT WILL LOOK LIKE SHIT. WEB IMAGES ARE ONLY 72 DPI, YOU NEED AN IMAGE OF AT LEAST 300 DPI TO LOOK GOOD ON A SHIRT. SO UNLESS T-MAG SENDS YOU THE HI-RES IMAGE ON A DISK OR THEY POST IT TO DOWNLOAD I WOULDN’T USE THE IMAGE TO MAKE A SHIRT. IF YOU ARE A DECENT ARTIST YOU COULD TRY TO RECONSTRUCT THE IMAGE IN ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR OR PHOTOSHOP BY USING THE WEB IMAGE AS A TEMPLATE.
