Just a quick post to introduce myself and say hi.
I'm Dan. from Reading in the UK, been in the gym for about year and a half, gone through the various noob phases (i.e. not wanting to get big, wanting functional strength etc.) but getting over that now.
I just had a trip to Core Cambridge to get a proper examination of the weakness's and deficiencies of my body, I would recommend it to anyone looking to get their structural imbalances sorted.
Luckily nothing was serious so I've drawn up a new program and warmup protocol and have started a log. All my details are there so if anyone can have a look maybe make some comments it would all be appreciated.
